Our return policy is very simple
All physical products must be returned in like-new, sellable condition with no marks or evidence of use inside or outside within 30 days of the date of your original order. No refunds will be given for partial returns of items purchased as a packaged set. Digital products (both download and streaming), as well as outdated, discontinued, used (opened), or damaged items are not returnable for credit.
To make a return
Please forward the goods in a package with adequate padding to avoid damage in transit. (Please Note: If damaged in transit, product can be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense within 30 days of receipt.) Ship to the address shown below and include your name, address, zip code, e-mail address or phone number and invoice number (if available). You will be refunded by the method of your original payment.
